It's run by vigneron Sandro Mosele, who made his name at Kooyong and Port Phillip Estate.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe vineyard is at Balnarring, looking over Western Port Bay, and it's planted at 11,111 vines per hectare, with the vines just 0.75 metres apart. At that spacing the vines compete with each other and the roots go deep.
