Capstone California: Introductory Level 1 Course - November 8th

The Capstone California Level 1 is an introductory wine course about the wines of California and no previous knowledge is required.

This course runs over 6 hours and includes the history, wine styles and grape varieties and culture of California with each session including a tasting of premium Californian wines.
