Can I send my team to you?

Absolutely! We run courses regularly so we are all ready to go, just pick a date!

​How many people are required for a course?

We recommend 10-12 people per course. This allows each person to get a good sample size.

​Can I use my own wines/sake or spirits?

It is possible, but please ask when submitting your enquiry. Our courses utilise wine and sake from all over the world.

​How much advance notice do I need to give to run a course?

We request at least 2/3 weeks before the course commencement date.

​Can we do an evening or weekend course?

Absolutely! We can make it work for you!
