An intimate, expertly guided wine experience — tailored entirely to you.
Whatever the occasion — a birthday, a corporate dinner, a team event or just a good excuse to open great bottles with people you like — we'll build a tasting experience around it. We keep groups small, wines interesting, and the atmosphere relaxed. Every event is led by one of our certified educators.
We're flexible to your needs — whether you want a themed evening, a specific region, a structured masterclass or something completely bespoke. If you have an idea, we'll make it work.

We run team tastings, client entertainment evenings and formal WSET training programs for corporate groups. We work with your event planner, hotel or caterer to make the logistics seamless. |

Frequently asked questions

What's the minimum number of guests? Our minimum is 10 guests per event. If your group is smaller than 10, the event will still be available but charged at the 10-person minimum rate. |

How far in advance do I need to book? We recommend getting in touch at least 2–3 weeks before your preferred date to allow time to plan the tasting, source wines and confirm logistics. For large groups or popular dates, earlier is better. |

Where does the event take place? Most private events are held at our Richmond location — Inspire9, Level 1, 43 Stewart Street, Richmond. We can also work with your venue or caterer for off-site events. |

Do guests need any wine knowledge? Not at all. Our events are designed to be enjoyable for complete beginners and experienced wine lovers alike. Our educators read the room and tailor the level of depth to your group. |

Can I choose the wines? Yes — all packages include the ability to select your own theme, and we'll curate the wines around it. If you have specific bottles or regions in mind, let us know when you enquire and we'll do our best to accommodate. |

How do I pay? Once we've confirmed your event details and package, we'll send through an invoice. Payment is required to secure your booking. We accept all major credit cards. |

Can you work with our caterer or venue? Absolutely. We're experienced at working alongside caterers, event planners and hotels to integrate a guided tasting into a broader event. Just let us know the details when you get in touch. |
|
What's your cancellation policy? We ask for at least 7 days notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 7 days of the event may forfeit the deposit. Full details will be included in your booking confirmation. |
