Casual Tasting: Domaine Famille Paquet

Domaine Famille Paquet, based in Davaye in the Mâconnais region of Burgundy, is a 30-hectare estate established in 1980 by Jocelyne and Michel Paquet and run by their three sons. It specializes in organic, biodynamic-inspired Chardonnay (Mâcon-Villages, Saint-Véran, Pouilly-Fuissé) focused on freshness and terroir, with a 2021 first certified organic vintage.
